Your Kit - Explained

• Remove all items from the outer packaging and the black bubble envelope

• Remove the collection container from the clear spill bag

• Open the lid on the collection container

• Using the scoop provided place several heaped spoons into the collection container.  For hair/ fur we require 1 inch length 20 strands + placing inside. 

• Screw the lid onto the container 

• Put the container into the small clear spill bag

• Measure your ring size with the included ring sizer - to do this place the end of the ring sizer through the hole where the magnifying glass is.  This makes a loop where you can insert your finger, gently pull the ring sizer around your chosen finger.  Ensure you can slide the ring sizer comfortably over your finger knuckle.  Read the letter size from the magnifying glass. 

• Fill in the colour chart choice form ensuring you have chosen 1 x colour and answered the 3 questions. 

• Place everything back into the back into the black bubble envelope and seal it by removing the sealing strip and pressing down firm.  

• Return to us by dropping the envelope to your nearest post box or royal mail store
