All items are handmade and personalised, which means they require extra time and care.

Orders typically take up to a maximum of 6 weeks to be crafted and prepared for dispatch.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
2. Delivery Options & Timeframes

We use Express services as standard: Estimated up to 2 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times apply after the maximum 6-week production period.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are Free for all purchases within the UK. We include pre-paid envelopes for the collection kit.
4. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.
5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

We do not currently offer International orders however International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or lost, contact us at [email]. We will assist in tracking and resolving the issue. In the extremely rare event that the collection kit is lost in the post, we will send another kit out without any additional fees. Please be aware that losses can happen due to the nature of posting items.
7. UK Consumer Rights for Delivery

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to receive goods within 30 days unless a longer timeframe is agreed.

By placing an order with Trace of You, you acknowledge and agree to the extended up to 6-week production time before dispatch.

If we fail to dispatch within this agreed timeframe, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
