We specialise in creating unique, personalised jewellery pieces. Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below. This policy complies with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law. If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not meet its intended purpose, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.
3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for items that are faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to our error.

Personalised or engraved items cannot be refunded unless defective.

5. Resizing & Repairs

Our resin jewellery cannot be resized due to the nature of the material.

6. Process for Refunds

7. Shipping Costs

8. Exchanges & Store Credit

If you change your mind on the product before we have started to create it, we may offer store credit or the option to change to a different product. You must contact us before we receive your collection kit back. We can not issue credits or change of product if notice is received afterwards.
