What Happens Next?
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you a Collection Kit via Royal Mail, specifically linked to your unique order. Inside the kit you will find a collection spoon, a collection container, pre-paid return packaging, colour selection sheet and instructions on how to safely collect and package the ashes/ hair/ fur/ sand and send them to us.
If you’d like to combine ashes/ hair/ fur/ sand into a single piece, simply place all ashes/ hair/ fur/ sand into the same container. If you’d prefer to keep them separate, or they are for multiple products just let us know after ordering, and we’ll provide additional containers.
We know how important this journey is, which is why we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. Your comfort and peace of mind are at the heart of everything we do, and we want this experience to feel as smooth and reassuring as possible.
To help us manage our careful crafting process, we kindly ask that the Collection Kit is returned within 5 days of receiving it. However, we completely understand that sometimes this may not be possible. If you need more time, you will need to cover the return postage cost. When you place an order, you are requesting a specific ring size. Please note that we do not keep ring blanks in stock; each blank is ordered from our UK-based family-run manufacturer after you confirm your size via either the product page or returning the ring sizer.
While we work hard to fulfil every request, occasionally your chosen size may be unavailable from our supplier. If this happens, we will:
- Offer you alternative options (such as a similar style), or
- Provide a full refund with no additional charges.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will contact you promptly if your requested size cannot be sourced.
